Honda has done it again. they just keep making the best even better. With that inspiration comes the all-new RS-12evo system from the engineers that know the Honda CRF450 like no other.

The latest iteration of the Honda CRF450 has a host of improvements, a new chassis, airbox and ECU configuration all providing more power with less noise. The CRF450 is 109dB compliant and our new Signature Series RS-12evo system keeps it there - all the while improving ridabliity, power and torque with less weight.

All-new RS-12evo carbon end cap

It was time to enhance the look of the RS-12. Introducing RS-12evo the next level of from Yoshimura. RS-12evo represents an unrelenting pursuit of form and function from the engineers at Yoshimura.

All-new Hydroformed Muffler

RS-12evo includes an all new hydroformed muffler design that allows for the most efficient use of the area next to the airbox, subframe and shock creating a custom talylored fit that no others have. This new sleeve also incorporates a deep draw one-piece resonator further improving durability. Efficiency is one thing, but the sick look of the styling on the RS-12evo muffler is second to none.

Precision Taper Fit

Precision Taper Fit sound inserts are a pat. pending system that allows for easy removal and installation of sound inserts and spark arrestors with RS-12 and RS-12evo mufflers.

Hydroformed Header Primary

Improved performance due to exact matching of the oval exhaust port, with an increadable smooth internal transition from oval to round. Increased durability of this design comes from a reduction in welded connections that results in an improved fit coming from from the exact repeatability of hydroform process.

Header Resonator

Developed in cooperation from countless hours with Honda HRC teams, our header resonator isn't just there for looks, it allows us to maximize power across the spectrum, while enhancing rider connectivity.

Cast Manifold

Benefits include increased strength, durability, easier installation and removal.
