The reviews are out, some say "it's the best 450 ever made". While we have to be neutral, there's no doubt our RS-12evo will make even the "best" 450 made even better. Our all new RS-12evo Signature Series SS/TI System comes from the engineers that know the Honda CRF450R best. The latest SS/TI system (formally Hybrid) for the 2027 Honda CRF450R has all the power of our latest full titanium RS-12evo system at a lower price. In the weight department the SS/TI version is still lighter than the stock system.

The latest evolution of the Honda CRF450R has a host of improvements, a new chassis, airbox and ECU configuration all providing more power with less noise. The CRF450R is all new and our new RS-12evo Signature Series system is as well- all the while improving rideability, power and torque with less weight.

All-new RS-12evo carbon fiber end cap

It was time to enhance the look of the RS-12. Introducing RS-12evo carbon fiber end cap, the next level, represents an unrelenting pursuit of form and function from our R&D engineers at Yoshimura.

All-new Hydroformed Titanium Muffler

RS-12evo includes an all-new hydroformed titanium muffler design that allows for the most efficient use of the area next to the airbox, subframe and shock creating a custom tailored fit that no others have. The fitment is engineered to nest with the stock side panel perfectly.  Efficiency is one thing, but the sick look of the styling on the RS-12evo muffler is second to none.

Muffler Resonator

The all-new RS-12evo also incorporates a two-piece resonator that fine tunes the power, reduces sound and further improves durability.

Precision Taper Fit

Precision Taper Fit sound inserts are a patent pending system that allows for easy removal and installation of sound inserts and spark arrestors with RS-12 and RS-12evo mufflers.

Hydroformed Header Primary

Improved performance due to exact matching of the oval exhaust port, with an incredible smooth internal transition from oval to round. Increased durability of this design comes from a reduction in welded connections that results in an improved fit coming from the exact repeatability of hydroforming process.

Header Resonator

Developed in cooperation from countless hours with Honda HRC teams, our header resonator isn't just there for looks, it allows us to maximize power across the spectrum, while enhancing rider connectivity.

Cast Manifold
