Yoshimura R&D took the opportunity to make these RZR's even sharper
with our innovative RS-8 muffler. This system not only improves power
and sound, it significantly reduces weight. Reduced weight improves handling and
gives you more punch from the skinny pedal.
Yoshimura's RS-8 Full System is manufactured from polished 304 stainless steel and features a
deep draw polished stainless steel end-cap. The muffler itself is quite
innovative. It features a mutli-staged construction, starting with a
straight baffle that initially flows into a large-volume perforated
baffle chamber. From there, gasses flow into a floating baffle that is
integrated into the end-cap. The floating baffle exits into a USFS
approved spark arrester. The spark arrester and low 96db sound levels
keep the RS-8 friendly on the trails, dunes, or the track. The overall
design produces big increases in power and torque.
Full System includes RS-8 muffler, stainless steel header and tail-pipe, USFS approved spark
arrester, installation hardware, and detailed step-by-step instructions.
